Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd governing your use of the Omega Plus platform and all affiliated products.
01 — SERVICE ACCEPTANCE
Accepting these terms
By creating an account, accessing the API, or using any Omega Plus product, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
02 — REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information at registration.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and confidential.
- You are liable for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- You may not transfer or assign your account without our written consent.
03 — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Using the service
- You will not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security.
- You will not transmit malware, spam, or content infringing third-party rights.
- You will comply with all applicable Indian and international laws.
04 — API KEY USAGE & LIMITS
API keys & rate limits
- API keys are issued per account and must be kept confidential.
- You are responsible for all usage billed to your keys.
- We may impose rate limits, quotas, and fair-use thresholds.
- Abuse or circumvention of limits may result in key revocation without refund.
05 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership & licenses
All platform software, branding, documentation, and underlying infrastructure remain the intellectual property of SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of content you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service per these terms.
06 — THIRD-PARTY MODELS & PROVIDERS
No control over upstream models
Omega Plus provides access to AI models developed and operated by third-party providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba, MiniMax, and Z.ai. We act as a proxy gateway and do not own, control, or guarantee the performance, quality, cache hit rates, response accuracy, or availability of these upstream models.
We do not have control over:
- Model performance, speed, or output quality.
- Cache hit rates or caching behavior of upstream providers.
- Model deprecation, version changes, or capability changes by providers.
- Temporary outages, rate limits, or throttling imposed by upstream providers.
However, we are committed to providing a transparent and high-quality service. We continuously monitor provider health, route requests intelligently, and implement automatic failover to maximize uptime and output quality for our users.
07 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Uptime & availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and events beyond our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability except as required by law.
08 — LIABILITY LIMITATION
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
09 — TERMINATION & RESTRICTIONS
Ending the relationship
- You may close your account at any time via the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10 — GOVERNING LAW
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts of [Placeholder city] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms.
11 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Resolving disputes
