Refund Policy
How refunds work across Omega Plus subscriptions, token packs, API usage, and wallet balance.
01 — CODING PLANS
Monthly subscriptions
Coding plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Because usage begins immediately upon activation and underlying provider costs are incurred at that point, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle. You retain partial value through continued access until the cycle ends, and may cancel to prevent renewal.
Refund requests for coding plans must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund requests will be entertained for that billing cycle.
02 — TOKEN PACKS
Prepaid token packs
Token packs represent a one-time purchase of compute capacity. As provider costs are incurred at the point of token allocation, token packs are non-refundable, including partially used packs.
Refund requests for token packs must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund requests will be entertained.
03 — USAGE-BASED DEDUCTIONS
How usage is calculated in refunds
If a refund is approved for a coding plan or token pack, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following formula:
Refund Amount = Purchase Price − (Usage × Per-Token Rate)
Where:
- Usage = total billable tokens consumed from the plan or pack at the time of refund request.
- Per-Token Rate = the applicable pricing rate as per our published pricing for the plan or pack type.
- Purchase Price = the amount you paid for the coding plan or token pack.
If usage exceeds the purchase price, no refund will be issued. Only the unused portion of your purchase, calculated at our pricing rates, will be refunded.
04 — API PAY-AS-YOU-GO
Usage-based API billing
API pay-as-you-go is billed per request. Each request consumes third-party model provider resources at the moment it is processed. No refunds are issued for completed API requests.
05 — MEDIA WALLET
Wallet balance
The Media Wallet holds prepaid balance for media generation. Unused wallet balance is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn to a payment instrument. Balance remains valid for use across eligible media products.
06 — SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Exceptional cases
- Service outage — where a verifiable platform outage prevented usage, we may issue service credit at our discretion.
- Double billing — verified duplicate charges will be reversed upon confirmation.
- Each case is reviewed individually on its merits.
07 — REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
How to request
To submit a refund request, email support@omegaplusapi.com with your account email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Refund requests for coding plans and token packs must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
08 — PROCESSING TIMELINE
When you'll receive your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days to the original payment instrument. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
